Soil and Water winner

Megan Howard from Rebecca Boone Elementary won the Warren County Soil and Water District's county-wide poster contest. Megan is pictured with Shelley Rowe, a Warren County Soil and Water Conservation District board member. Megan's poster will go on to compete in state competition this fall. The award was presented during the district's annual meeting April 11.
